I have degrees in Urban Planning (BSc.), Ghana, Sustainable Urban Technologies (MSc.), Germany) and currently completing my PhD in Property (University of Melbourne, Australia) where I examine the diffusion of technological innovations in housing developments in emerging markets.

- What is Housing Afrique?
I started this blog out of difficulty finding relevant information on Ghana’s property market for my projects and inquiries for data by other researchers, policymakers, and industry practitioners. Data is scarce and often exists in silos. Housing Afrique presents hard to find data on Africa’s housing markets. It provides the essential data, market trends and analyses, industry leaders’ opinions to help you evaluate that real estate investment.
The vision which the blog’s name reflect is to eventually cover Africa.
